Event #2: Contemporary pieces @ Stockholms Auktionsverk
The pieces on display (and for sale!) were terrific and oh so beautiful - we wanted to bring home close to every single one of them! Works from Ernst Billgren, Andreas Eriksson, Nick Brandt and Terry O'Neill alongside with Carl Fredrik Reuterswärds Non-Violence sculpture made up a diverse collection together with design such as the 3D-printed MyBrain lamp by Alexander Lervik, the Y-chair, lightning from Poul Henningsen and Ettore Sottsass' "Carlton" bookcase. However the most eye-catching piece in the collection was Olafur Eliassons International Career Lamp - the green eye-like piece literary stole our attention. Thank you Stockholms Auktionsverk!
